This beautifully renovated accommodation, completed in 2023, is quiet yet centrally located in Potamos.
Maira’s Arch Houses consist of four different units that are rented out separately. However, if you are with a large group, this accommodation is ideal. You stay together in the same accommodation, while each has their own self-contained private space.
The Kamara is located on the ground floor. This spacious, traditional arched room, is suitable for four people. In addition to the double bed, there is a sofa that can be folded out into a comfortable bed for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The Kamara also has a spacious covered terrace where you can relax in the shade.
Adjacent to the Kamara is the large house with two floors, each with a spacious apartment. The ground floor apartment can accommodate three guests. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. This apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The walled and covered terrace at the front provides a pleasant cool area.
The very spacious apartment on the first floor, for up to six people, has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. Again, the kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Seated on the large covered veranda, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Potamos and the wider surroundings.
Next there is a small detached studio. The studio can accommodate up to two guests and is ideal as an addition to the apartments in the main house. The studio can also be rented independently of the other apartments. The kitchen is equipped for making simple meals. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. At the front is a very spacious and partly covered terrace.
Maira’s Arch Houses is surrounded by a large garden which was partly landscaped in 2023. This will be completed in 2024.
