Logothetianika is a typical old large Greek village, centrally located in North Kythira. In the square, you will find the Agios Minas Church with its beautiful bell tower and the traditional taverna “Karydies” – Greek for walnut trees. The area around Logothetianika is characterized by its green hills, olive groves and fields with sheep and cows. This rural landscape guarantees a completely relaxed holiday.
Along the village street in Logothetianika is Konstantina’s House. It is a spacious and light apartment on the first floor of a detached house. Owner Giorgos restored his parents’ house about twenty years ago. He lives in Athens, but every summer he comes back to his island staying in the ground floor apartment.
As well as an open kitchen and spacious living-room, Konstantina’s House has two separate bedrooms (one with two single beds, one with a double bed). The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
This comfortable apartment has two cosy balconies with views to the west. The first balcony is at the apartment entrance, the second one is next to the living-room.
The house is surrounded by a large and well maintained garden with several terraces.
Konstantina’s House can host four guests. If there are more people in your group, we would like to suggest also renting Sempreviva Apartment or Villa Maria. Sempreviva Apartment is on the same floor as Konstantina’s House while Villa Maria is located at only two minutes’ walking distance. The closest beach is Lykodimou along the west coast, 8 minutes by car, famous for spectacular sunsets. Close to Logothetianika is the main town of Potamos with several shops and restaurants. You see, despite the rural setting of Logothetianika, Konstantina’s House is centrally located on the island and therefore an ideal base for discovering Kythira during your holiday.

Prices are per night and inclusive of tourist taxes, cleaning, bed linen and towels. The change of bed linen and towels is twice a week.
If you want to stay in Konstantina’s House with more than 2 persons, we ask a surcharge of € 10,00 for every extra person.
